Thanks for being patient. First, Ms. Cochran’s salary started being paid about a little over a year ago. That came about when the Mayor cut the city attorney’s budget that salaries are paid from. The board voted to pay her salary so that she could continue to serve the board. After further consideration, the board decided to ask the city to pay her salary since the law states the city will provide us an attorney. The city has been advised of this and that will be an issued in their upcoming budget.
As for the separate account, that is being worked on as I respond to your question. We expect the account to be opened by the end of the year.
